EAT Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create (error logs, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any third-party content (e.g., question bank screenshots). We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT: EAT Tracker is a study tool, NOT a substitute for professional medical education or advice.
EAT Tracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our readiness assessments are estimates based on algorithms and should not be the sole basis for exam scheduling decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
We may use third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Sentry). We are not responsible for their availability, reliability, or privacy practices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
